Abstract

This investigation aimed to isolate bacteria that promote the germination of the cherry tomato. For this purpose, endophytic and epiphytic bacteria isolated from the root of the plant were isolated, from which culture broth was prepared and planted. The previously selected seeds were submerged and arranged in dark chambers for germination study. The seeds germinated after 3 days of study, being able to deduce a possible positive effect in the germination of the seedlings with the inocula, and the nutritional status of the seeds, with a high yield regarding seeds without inoculum.
